Fees
My full fee for a 45 minute session is $140. I do have a need-based sliding scale. I am not on any insurance panels, but I can provide you with statements that you may submit to your insurance company. As each insurance company has its own coverage policies and way of doing things, I am unable to tell you whether your insurance company may cover all or part of my fee. Please contact your insurance company to determine if they will cover any of the costs of treatment. I require payment in full at the beginning of each session. I accept cash and check.
